By creating an account or using Reward Rush, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• Age requirement — You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your country) to use Reward Rush.
• One account per person — You may only create and use one account. Having multiple accounts on the same device or belonging to the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information — You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration and when requesting reward redemptions.
• Account security — You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Reward Rush awards virtual coins and experience points (XP) for playing games, solving quizzes, maintaining daily check-in streaks, watching sponsored ads, and inviting friends.

• No monetary value until redeemed — Coins, points, and XP are virtual in-app items. They have no cash value outside of the redemption options offered inside the app.
• Non-transferable — Coins cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or traded between different user accounts.
• System adjustments — We reserve the right to correct coin balances if coins were credited due to technical errors, glitches, or fraudulent activity.

You can exchange your earned coins for available reward options once you reach the required minimum threshold:

• Minimum balance — You must reach the minimum coins required for your selected payout method before submitting a request.
• Accurate payout details — You must enter accurate payment information (such as UPI ID, PayPal email, or gift card delivery email). We are not responsible for payouts lost due to incorrect details provided by the user.
• Review process — All redemption requests undergo an automated and manual security check to verify fair play. Requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
• Availability — Reward methods and availability may vary based on your region and current inventory.

To keep the platform fair and safe for all players, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or IP-spoofing tools to bypass geographic restrictions or manipulate ad networks
• Using emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices to fake gameplay, auto-clickers, bots, or automated macros
• Creating fake or multiple accounts to exploit the referral bonus system
• Decompiling, modifying, hacking, or reverse-engineering the app or backend APIs
• Using ad-blockers, interfering with ad delivery, or artificially inflating ad views
• Exploiting any bug or technical glitch for unauthorized coins or rewards

You can invite friends to join Reward Rush using your unique invite code. Referral rewards are credited only when your referred friend completes genuine qualifying activity in the app. Self-referrals, clone apps, emulator farming, or purchasing fake installs will lead to referral forfeiture and account termination.

Reward Rush integrates third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads) and authentication providers (Google and Facebook):

• Ads displayed in the app are provided by third-party ad networks. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised.
• Any interaction with third-party advertisers, including completing external offers or making purchases, is solely between you and that third party.
• Ad availability may vary based on your region, device, and advertiser demand. We do not guarantee that ads will always be available to watch.

All content, graphics, logos, game designs, software code, icons, and text in Reward Rush are the property of Reward Rush and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our app without prior written permission.

You may stop using Reward Rush at any time. You can also delete your account directly within the app:

Upon account deletion, all your profile data, coin balance, XP, and pending redemptions are permanently erased and cannot be restored.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent behavior.

Reward Rush is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain a smooth and uninterrupted experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, secure, or bug-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reward Rush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including loss of data or virtual coins.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our features, legal obligations, or operational policies. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Reward Rush after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
